The drag produced will negate any KW generated if ridden in that state. Hopefully they remove or fold them into an Air foil for the high speed runs. Will help keep your backside tan, though.

I'm pretty sure that scoot is meant to be ridden in a state of "wheelie" to reduce wind drag :P
